After School Craft Class at Scott SchoolYouth ClassesJoin Mrs. Cochrane for a fun after school craft class for Scott School students!. Families are welcome to sign up their student for both sessions, each session is a different craft. An after school snack and all supplies will be provided! DJP Cheer Prep CampYouth ClassesDJP Cheer Prep Camp is a great opportunity for DJP athletes to work with varsity cheerleaders and coaches to build the skills needed for high school cheer. Athletes will focus on improving technique and sharpening their motions while also working on tumbling, jumps, and stunting. It’s a fun way to build confidence and improve skills for the next level of cheer! DeWitt Panthers Volleyball CampYouth Classes**These camps are open to DeWitt Public School students only.** Instructed by: DHS Volleyball Coaches and Players Where: DeWitt Middle School Gyms When: June 15-18, 2026 (3rd-8th grade sessions June 15th-17th and 9th-12th grade session June 18th only.) **Register for grade entering Fall 2026** 3rd– 4th Grade: $50 June 15th-17th 8:30 a.m.-10:00 a.m. 5th—6th Grade: $50 June 15th-17th 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. 7th– 8th Grade: $60 June 15th-17th 12:30 p.m.–2:00 p.m. 9th-12th Grade: $70 June 18th 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. (Participant will need to bring a sack lunch.) *Check in begins 30 minutes prior to the beginning of each session. Sessions will start promptly. Players need to be ready to begin training at the specified start time* Our beginner camps (Gr. 3-4 & 5-6) is designed for developing the beginning volleyball player. The emphasis will be placed on learning the basics of the game along with instruction on passing, serving, setting, and hitting. $50 For intermediate volleyball players (Gr. 7-8), the emphasis will be placed on learning and improving on the basics of passing, setting, serving, hitting and blocking. $60 Our high school camp (Gr. 9-12) is for players who want to improve their individual and team skills. EDGE 2-Female Athletes (Grades 4th-12th)Youth ClassesThe EDGE 2 is a positive and intense speed, agility, athletic development and strength program. The goal is to help the athletes of DeWitt prepare for their upcoming sports during the school year. The EDGE 2 is designed to make all participants better athletes, regardless of the sports they participate in. Session 1- Is limited to females in grade 9th-12th for the 2026-2027 school year. Session 2- Is limited to females in grades 4th-8th for the 2026-2027 school year. Edge 2 will close to new registrations on June 15, 2026 (or until the maximum number of participants is met). In order to receive a t-shirt, your child must be registered by this date or until camp is full (discount not given for not receiving a shirt). This years EDGE 2 is $150.00. This is a tremendous value for the money and our athletes will receive training that is second to none at the high school level. The EDGE 2 includes 14 total training sessions and a t-shirt. The program will run every Tuesday and Thursday from June 9th-July 30th. EDGE-Male Athletes (Grades 5th-12th)Youth ClassesThe Boys EDGE program is a positive and intense speed, agility, athletic development, and strength program. The goal is to help the athletes of DeWitt prepare for their upcoming sports seasons during the school year. The EDGE is designed to make all participants better athletes, regardless of the sports they participate in or their current age. The staff of the EDGE will consist of the following coaches: 3D Dynamic Performance Training owner Nate Schafer and members of his staff Collin McCracken -3D Dynamic Performance Training Staff Member Nate Trevino - Certified Personal Trainer at M43 Fitness Zac Hakes - Certified Personal Trainer at M-43 Fitness Adam Daust - Certified Personal Trainer at M-43 Fitness Gavin Markman - Certified Personal Trainer at M-43 Fitness DeWitt Head Varsity Football Coach Rob Zimmerman and members of his staff This year’s EDGE is $195.00 for all programs grades 9-12 (for the 2026-2027 school year). 7th and 8th grade (for the 2026-2027 school year) is $175.00 5th and 6th grade (for the 2026-2027 school year) is $150.00. The EDGE includes 21 sessions of weight training and 21 sessions of athletic development/conditioning for all grades 9-12. The 5th-8th grade sessions will focus on athletic development and body weight strength training with an introduction to the weight room for the 8th grade. *Our high school dead period is June 28 - July 5 this summer. Camps will close to new registrations on Monday, June 8. Varsity Football Sessions (Grades 11-12):: On Monday and Thursdays the varsity has both weight training and athletic development. The sessions will run from 7:00 am - 9:00 am. The dates for the double days include the following: June 8, 11, 15, 18, 22, 25 July 6, 9, 13, 16, 20, 2327, 30 **On Tuesdays the varsity will have lifting only from 7:00-9:00 am. Those dates include: June 9, 16, 23 July 7, 14, 21, 28 **On Wednesdays the varsity will have conditioning as 1 team at 8:00 am at the game field. Those dates include: June 10, 17, 24 July 8, 15, 22, 29 The varsity will be split into 2 groups due to the number of players: Linemen will always start with the weightroom. All others with speed training. **9th/10 Grade will have lifting and speed training on all three days. Each session will go from 9:00 am-11:00 am. **7th and 8th Grade will have lifting and speed training on all three days. Each session will go from 11:00 am -12:30 pm. **5th and 6th grade will be from 12:30-1:30 pm. All dates for grades 5-10 are M-W-F June: 8, 10, 12, 15, 17, 19, 22, 24, 26 July: 6, 8, 10, 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 27, 29, 31 All athletes need to report to the high school weight room for the first day of training. Directions will be given to the participants on that day as to where to be dropped off and picked up for the rest of the summer. This excludes 5th and 6th grade who will meet every day at the track. If we have inclement weather then the day’s training will be cancelled. No refund will be given for missed or cancelled days. Herbie Songsters-5th Grade ChoirYouth ClassesHerbie Songsters 2026 (formerly the Herbison Woods 5th Grade Choir Club) This class is for the 5th grade students who enjoy singing and who would like to experience singing in a choir. The choir will work on developing good singing skills by focusing on voice warm-ups, learning the notes and rhythms of choir pieces, adding musical details to the music, and playing music games. No previous singing experience is necessary...all are welcome! Kickin' with the Panthers K-5th Spring 2026Youth ClassesThe DeWitt Girls Varsity Soccer Team invites all K-5th students to a fun and informative skills clinic. Players will work on different skills and play at the varsity soccer field! A cool t-shirt is included with the registration. To receive a t-shirt the night of the event, registration must be received by, Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 12:00pm - no exceptions. Camp fee will not be discounted for not receiving a t-shirt.
