DeWitt Competitive Youth Cheer Prep Clinic

Get a head start on the upcoming competitive cheer season! This preseason clinic is designed to help athletes prepare for team practices by learning and reviewing the foundational skills and terminology used in competitive cheer.

Participants will work on counts, motions, jumps, stunts, and tumbling while building confidence and familiarity with the expectations for the season. Athletes will also have the opportunity to improve coordination, performance skills, and overall cheer knowledge before official team practices begin.

This clinic is strongly recommended for athletes planning to participate on the youth competitive cheer team. The content is geared toward preparing athletes for the upcoming competition season. 

**Please wear t-shirt, shorts, socks, and athletic shoes. Hair in ponytail. Please leave valuables and jewelry at home. Please bring a water bottle.**

Who: Grades 3rd-5th (Register for grade entering fall of 2026)
Where: Herbison Woods Cafeteria
When: July 20th & 21st 
Time: 4:00pm-6:00pm
Cost: $30
