Tumbling Clinic
This high school tumbling class is designed for 8th - 11th grade students who want to build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through progressive floor skills. Athletes will learn and refine fundamental tumbling techniques such as forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers, handsprings, and introductory flipping skills based on ability level.
The class emphasizes proper technique, body control, and safety while helping students improve overall athletic performance. Participants will develop core strength, balance, agility, and spatial awareness through structured drills and skill progressions.
This course is appropriate for beginners as well as experienced athletes looking to advance their tumbling abilities in a supportive and challenging environment.
**Refunds will not be given for missed or canceled classes. If school is canceled due to inclement weather or other circumstances, the class will be canceled.**
